Book hotels, B&Bs and hostels in Munich
Both the tourist offices located at Marienplatz and at the Hauptbahnhof will make hotel reservations on your behalf. Obviously during popular events such as the Oktoberfest hotel and hostel accommodation should be booked well in advance but even then don't expect to get any discounts on the standard prices. Note that suburban lodgings are usually less expensive and as long as you are situated near the U-Bahn/S-Bahn network provide a very convenient alternative to city center hotel prices.
