About the station

Aachen Hauptbahnhof (Main Station) is the largest of Aachen's four stations and is on the main international InterCityExpress (ICE) route from Paris to Cologne and Brussels (Zuid) to Frankfurt.


Once at Aachen station, you're just 500m south-east of the main centre, with the city's cathedral, town theatre and the Suermondt-Ludwig Museum just a short stroll away.


As well as being well served by regional services, the S-Bahn takes you direct from Aachen main station to Cologne/Bonn airport.
