About the station
Ansbach's station building is large and functional, and is situated just to the south of the town's epicentre. Within the vacinity of the station there is now an S-Bahn direct to Nürnberg as well as a new bus station for onward connections across the town and the local area.As you step out of the station, the Hofgarten is a stone's throw away and provides a lovely green space for a stroll and some fresh air. The Ansbach Residence Palace is also only a few hundred meters away, and the Markgrafen Museum which is a really well presented and informative museum of the town's past, is approximately 1km away.
