About the station
The station in Binz is called "Ostseebad" and lies on a narrow strip of land between the Schmachter See (Lake) which is just 100m away and the Baltic Sea approx 200m. The Historical Museum is a stroll away, whilst numerous campsites and other museums such as Rügen Railway and Technoology Museum or the Museum Prora are approximately 2km further north along the coast.Regular regional train services run from Ostseebad Binz to Stralsund, Rostock and Lietzow.
