The BritRail Pass

We'll explain the options and tell you where and how to buy one

If you plan to visit the Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales and Nothern Ireland) as part of your European trip you should consider the Britrail pass options available to you.

Britrail Consecutive Pass
The Britrail Consecutive Pass allows you to travel anywhere in England, Scotland and Wales. You can choose either 4, 8, 15, 22 days, or 1 month. As the pass is consecutive you must use the days up together, so a 4 day pass could be used from Monday to Thursday but no more.

Britrail Flexipass
The Britrail Flexipass provides the same freedom to travel the UK how you see fit but allows for longer stays in the cities of your choice as you can spread the travel days over a 2 month period. You can choose either 3, 4, 8 or 15 days of travel to be used up within 2 months.

Other Britrail passes
Some of the other Britrail passes available include, Britrail Pass 'n Drive, BritRail Low Season Pass and the London Pass.
