Museumsuferfest
An annual Museum Festival along the banks of the Main river where the museums are concentrated.
Every year in late August/early September the city of Frankfurt hosts its very own festival of museums along the Main's embankment. This is to celebrate the offerings of the many museums located along that stretch of the river.The event promotes the activities and displays of the museums, as well as local arts and crafts, variety theatre, music and other speciality-performers and activities from the local area and further afield. This is an event enjoyed by locals and tourists alike!
